Kitchen Renovation

Our alumni organization extensively remodeled the house kitchen during the first week of september. The renovation included moving the stove from the West side of the kitchen to the East side, moving the dishwasher to the other side of the sink, and installing new floors, cabinets, counters, and lighting as well as a full height tile backsplash. In addition, the doorway to the dining room was widened, a pantry was installed where the stove formerly sat, and cabinets were installed above and around the fridges to provide a more finished look. The new kitchen will help improve the look and atmosphere of the house and is part of ongoing improvements to the house including new paint and carpet last year and a new HVAC system last fall.
